Thank you for choosing Lollipaw for your dog’s skin health and grooming needs. We want to ensure a seamless experience when it comes to shipping your order. Please review our shipping policy below:
Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within the United States and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of these regions at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Free Shipping (United States Only)
In the United States, all purchases of $70 or more include free shipping. Please note that this free shipping offer is not applicable to orders shipping to Canada.
Shipping Options for the United States
We offer our standard shipping option for all U.S. orders, with delivery between 2-5 business days.
Shipping to Canada
Orders shipping to Canada generally arrive within 3-4 business days after leaving our facility. However, please note that your package may be subject to customs processing, which can cause additional delays beyond our control. The shipping rate for orders shipping to Canada will be calculated during the checkout process.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you realize that your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact our support team immediately at lollipaw.contact@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

RETURNS
At Lollipaw, we understand the importance of your pup’s skin, health, and grooming needs. Our products were developed alongside a veterinary dermatologist and are free of harsh ingredients that can harm your dog. We strive to provide a positive experience for every dog and their human. However, we recognize that each pup’s skin is unique. If for any reason you or your dog are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help and make things right.
Return Policy
We offer a full refund for any returns initiated within 30 days of receiving the order. To start a return, please contact us at lollipaw.contact@gmail.com with your full name, order number, items you’d like to return, and the reason for your return. You will receive a return confirmation email once your refund has been processed. The refund will be posted to your bank account within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item(s) plus sales tax.
Damaged Items
If your order arrived damaged, please email lollipaw.contact@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the damage, and whether you’d like us to ship you a new product or issue a refund for the product.
