Shipping usually takes 5-8 business days after your order has been processed. Processing typically takes 2-3 business days.
If you have subscribed to our brand’s newsletter and no longer wish to receive emails, you can unsubscribe in one of two ways:

Orders will be processed within 3 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you can expect delivery within 5-8 business days.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please allow 24 hours as there can sometimes be discrepancies with the shipping company.
After 24 hours, we recommend checking with neighbors or family members to see if the package was delivered to them.
If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us at lollipaw.contact@gmail.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until it is delivered before returning the item in order to receive a refund.
Shipping & Returns Help
Currently, we only ship orders within the United States. We hope that very soon, many wonderful pups in Canada will also be able to try our products!
The cost may vary depending on the items you’ve ordered, the total weight, and the shipping distance. However, we’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $50.
At Lollipaw, we’ve designed our natural products with your little one’s wellbeing and hapiness in mind. But we understand that every dog has different needs and our products may not be a good fit for every dog. If our products doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re more than happy to offer a refund within 30 days of purchase.
To request a refund, simply email us at lollipaw.contact@gmail.com with your order number , the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
Refunds are available for product quality issues or if the product isn’t suitable for your dog.
We are unable to accept returns for reasons like incorrect product choice or changes in personal circumstances.
We reserve the right to decline any return requests that do not meet these guidelines. If you have any questions, please send us a email and our customer care team is happy to assist you.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to make sure your return gets to us safely!

Yes, all of our products are 98-100% natural, with most of our ingredients being USDA Organic certified.

The shelf life of our products ranges from 12 months to 2 years, depending on the specific product. The expiration date is clearly marked on the product, so you can easily check it and enjoy your product with confidence! Also, be sure to follow storage instructions to keep the products in their best condition.
Our products are completely safe for puppies and dogs of all breeds and ages. Feel free to check out the reviews from dog parents, where you’ll see how many different dogs use our products and how puppy owners start teaching hygiene from a young age.
To maintain the quality and effectiveness of the product, store it in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 15°C and 25°C (59°F and 77°F), away from direct sunlight.
We choose to avoid using fragrances in our products to minimize the risk of allergies and provide a gentle, comfortable experience, especially for dogs with sensitive noses.

Although Lollipaw products are made with 98% natural ingredients, we kindly recommend not using them on humans, especially children.
If a child uses the product externally, please rinse it off and watch for any allergic reactions. If a child accidentally ingests the product, we encourage you to contact your doctor immediately.
